Coven, the
Union Member Society /species . Home to Planet Coven in the Igras Expanse. Accessible only via Endora Colony and special Shuttle Service. The Coven society has chosen to remain isolated much like the Narth and control who is allowed to visit their world. There is no trade and no production coming or going. The Coven are represented in the Assembly and like the Narth they chose to keep their physiology and their numbers a secret.
CLASSIFIED
The Coven are a group of females that survived the destruction of their own Universe by breaking the rule and seek shelter in the Nether Worlds. To survive in the Nether worlds they had to abandon their own bodies and transfer into the forms of Nether world dwellers and submit to the Rule of the Nether world Ruler. This Entity punished the Coven with torment for their trespass, but eventually was convinced by “The Oldest” that the Coven would play a vital role in the return of the Dark One as it was foretold in the Prophecy of Before and Yet to Come. The Lord of the Nether Worlds who knows being only a steward of the Nether Realm throne did not want to face the wraith or anger and let the Coven go, one at a time into the next Universe. All together 400 Coven Sisters were released over a time period of 20,000 years.
In the new Universe they could pretend to be human but their form is only a shell, hiding their true identity and form of Netherworld Demons.
As their old planet, the original Planet of Origin was Earth in their Universe they have sought out Earth as a new home. Partially responsible for the Legends of Witches , Demons and Fire Beings.
Richard Stahl was the first who made contact with the Coven after they had left Earth around the time of the Second Exodus. Richard saved Alycia by fighting a Netherworld beast but almost died doing so. Alycia nursed him to health and he was the first male human ever to set foot♦ on their new home they called Coven. Alycia fell in love with Stahl and followed him ever since and also showed him where to find the Devastator and how to access the ship.
Much later Eric Olafson was invited to visit the Planet where he was reunited with “His Ring” (One of the tokens of Power) . The Narth who contemplated destroying the Coven as interlopers into a Universe they had no business in, changed their mind and the Oldest and the Narth Supreme sealed a pact to assist each other to assist the Dark One to find the Third Way.
The Coven joined the Union and committed to its Defense as the Coven are still Earthers at heart and are utterly loyal to Terra first.
