Is a community leader of the Fultrem. He is chosen by his peer to deliver the annual tribute to the Vdca. The Vdca have conquered the TL 1 Fultrem. The Vdca are about to find out what it means to be on the side of the Kermac and the Fultrem witness the demise of their oppressors.
