Location in the Portel Tower of the Holiday Inn Hotel Space Port 14 on Pluribus Unum . Even though it is the lobby it is still 600 meters above the Planet surface and over 2000 meters from the foundation level of the Building.
It is famous for its Transparent Lobby entrance level.
