MINIMON
Prefab Standard Union Space Station 8,000 m x 3,000 meter cylinder.
No other space faring civilization known past or present makes as much use of space stations than the Union and when the Bridge Project was launched it was decided to use factory assembly type technology and prefabricate standard base classes that could be towed into place. The Union system Montserrat, not far from Threshold was transformed into a Space Station building center. A Joint Venture between SII, Enroe, DeNoir and several other Manufacturers called the “Base Construction Company - BCC” situated on Montserratat Duo plans builds andeploysys all Union Bases and Space Stations.
The MINIMON Type is the smallest of the Monster Class Space Station and comes in several Pre-configured Versions:
- Border Fort : Heavily Armed and shielded – with Revolver Starters for Fighters.
- Surveillance : Long Range Scanners, Eagle Eye – Movement tracker telescope, Trans Light Ooglers, Sensor Drones. Shields.
- Ghost : Like the surveillance model but capable of full cloak.
- Trade Lane: extended Landing Platforms and Freight handling and storage capabilities.
- Space Train Station S: Equipped to act as a Space train stop (Send and receiving)
- Relay : Armed Communication Relay station
- Village : Unarmed residential or Commercial Station – (can be purchased by civilian entities)
Many Union Planet Authorities chose to move their heavy industries into Mini or MediMon stations. This usually happens when Garden-worlds grew big and old enough to purchase a Mini Mon or two.
Besides the Basic Configurations , Mini Mons can be configured and equipped to fit many requirements.
