Pour-a-Wood is a copyrighted term owned by NeoPlast Supplies a subsidiary of MONSERAT- CONSTRUCTION.
Pour-a-wood if formed by a combination of two proprietary chemicals and a package of single use nanobots. The two chemicals are combined with the nanobots in an applicator and then poured or sprayed into a prepared form.
NeoPlast Supplies recommends that the form be prepared with one of two materials, one designed to be reused and the other one actually gets incorporated into the artificial wood. Especially in the first case, it's recommended that the form be a fairly simple shape.
NeoPlast also sells a bonding product that can seamlessly join two Pour-a-Wood surfaces.
