Assumed Native to the Koken Moon : Siucr
The first Thrall of the Kermac
These marsupial beings were the first sentient species the Kermac encountered even before the Blue and the Golden left Koken. The Siucra, then a Tech Level D (Stone Age) civilization worshiped the arriving Kermac as Sky Gods and kept worshiping the Kermac. They voluntarily wanted to serve the Kermac and thus became the first Thrall species even before the Kermac themselves started to impose their will on others. When the Kermac received the "Call” and left Koken to move to their new home they left the Siucra behind to guard Koken. The Siucra took this charge very seriously and it became the core element of their culture.
They sterilized every world

with life for 10 Light Years around Koken |to ensure nothing would ever desecrate the Planet.
The Siucra developed very slowly, it took them over a million years of technological development to reach TL 8. They did however figure out how to use and how to reproduce several UNI techno-artifacts, including a UNI weapon.
The Siucra encountered a Union Explorer, destroyed it and killed Captain Saxa. They then pursuit the lifeboats to destroy the helpless crew. The Klack Queen hearing the distress call sent the last (only prtially) functional Battle Moon to stall the Siucra (Who followed the fleeing Crew with a huge fleet). Successfully stalled, Admiral Strother was able to arrive with his fleet. The Siucra then made a fatal mistake, they attacked. Today there are very few Siucra Worlds left and their numbers are dwindling fast as the Siucra Hunters relentlessly seek them out and destroy them.
The Tinkeheel, a civilization that was “partially” sterilized by the Siucra and became a Union Member use Union Technology for Revenge and formed the Siucra Hunter Units, killing and destroying anything Siucra.
