Ugla Mohn, legendary leader of Nobto’dh (Ult Intelligence Service). Ugla Mohn manged to place spies in almost all known Civilizations of the Galaxy and collected a vast amount of data and information.
Ugla Mohn was the leader of the Ult Intelligence Service from 2088-2207. Ugla was instrumental in convincing his people to join Terra, Saran and Pan Saran to form the United Stars of the Galaxy.
