Union Teacher One of the most influential and important occupations in the Union. Union Teachers are in generally very high respected individuals and every Union Citizen has been educated by at least one. These Individuals are highly trained and dedicated. They are held to highest standards and must have served in an armed service of the Union for at least 4 years. The job is well paid and a career choice that usually lasts a life time. (There is no set retirement age in the Union) Union Teachers are strictly prohibited from teaching Religion or Politics with any personal flavor or opinion. They are only allowed to brush these subjects in historical, cultural context. Most Union Teachers do not touch these subjects at all. Union Teachers are in general free to choose what and how they teach but they must convey knowledge and social skills as outlined in the Union School Guideline Curriculum. Personal interaction instead of just neural uploads must at least fifty percent of the school day and their pupils must have the knowledge to pass the Citizen Test at the end of Basic School. Union Teachers are periodically tested, observed and checked (With and without their knowledge)
